30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through the support channels in the app, and we'll help you arrange it.
Device-only unlocks
Please note that Packs are one-time purchases tied to the device on which they are bought, and do not transfer between devices. This does not affect your right to request a refund within the 30-day period described above.
